Microtech LUDT Satin CTS-204P Plain Edge Black Automatic Knife 135-4

The L.U.D.T. (Large Underwater Demolition Team) out the side automatic knife model from Microtech has been a favorite among Spec Ops and first responders for nearly 20 years. This version features a plain edge, drop point blade of satin finished CTS-204P and a grooved black aluminum handle.

Blade: The shape of the LUDT is all about utility, offering just over three inches of cutting edge and a pointed, piercing tip. Great for everyday slicing, slashing and penetration cuts whenever called upon with jimping on the crowned spine for thumb traction. Built from high performance CTS-204P stainless steel, the blade comes with a handsome machine satin finish and razor sharp plain edge. Press the button on the front scale to deploy the blade. Press and hold to fold the blade back in. Fast, smooth and reliable. Each blade is marked with serial number and date of production.

Handle: Constructed of black anodized, aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum the handle is lightweight and durable. An integral guard and strategically placed machined grooves ensure a solid grip in any environment. Construction is completed with Microtech’s proprietary hardware, pocket clip, and black nylon lanyard.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up only, stainless steel pocket clip.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CTS-204P has some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance available. CTS-204P is similar in performance to CPM-20CV and Bohler’s M390.
