This version comes with a black polymer handle and Satin finished San Mai VG-10 blade.

Blade: More than 3/16 inches thick, the Satin finished San Mai VG-10 stainless steel blade has a satin finish for a high end look with a Hamon-like lamination line. The clip point blade offers versatility while the hollow saber grind delivers powerful slicing performance for fine and heavy work alike.

Handle: Polymer Kray-Ex handle material is checkered for a positive grip in adverse conditions and is resistant to even the harshest environments. The integral finger guard provides additional security and control while a brass tube has been set into the tang for attaching an optional lanyard. Designed for serious use, the handle is comfortable and ergonomic for extended use in a variety of grip positions.

Sheath: Includes a heavy duty Secure-Ex sheath with removable Nylon belt loop.

San Mai VG10: VG-10 is a high-carbon stainless steel that takes a very good edge and holds it well. Popular with Japanese kitchen knife makers it is often hardened to 60-61 HRC A popular choice for small pocket knives thanks to good edge holding and stain resistance VG10 works well with a high polished, acute edge for optimal slicing performance. San Mai cladding gives the blade added durability and corrosion resistance.
